He is survived by: his wife Vicky Lewis; his sisters, Wynnette Searle (Richard), Renae Lewis (Bob), Marie Alleman (Kurt) and Debbie Smart (Terry); and his children, Lance Lewis (Diana), Lisa Herrin (Steve), Ryan Lewis (Heather), Romi Kimball (Jason), Kali Hathaway (Kevin) and Kyle Lewis (Kandace). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, and 2 (almost 3) great grandchildren.
