He was predeceased by: his son Nicholas; his wife April; and his daughter Shahlah Golchin. He is survived by: his children, Shadie (Shellie), Shahrzaud, Shirrine Thorderson, Lucas Blake, Dustin Davis, Kimberly Megan Golchin, Zachary Reza Golchin and Samantha Jo Golchin. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
