He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rugg and Dorothy Rugg; his son Gary Rugg; and his sisters, Bonnie Mullins and Patricia Child.
He is survived by: his wife Diana N. Rugg; his children, Joni Jenson (Greg), Cherie Sears (Bryan), Trina Thornley (Brian), Cami Blackham (Don), Sonya Bankowski (Kris) and Wayne Nielson (Cheryl); and his sister Dorothy Robins (Jeff). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren who will never forget Grandpa.
