He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalie Anderson and Alma DeLong Banks; and his brother Johnnie Banks (Rosalie Ann Baker). He is survived by: his wife Jane Peterson of Parowan, UT; and his children, Jan Bishop (Christopher), Marty Davis (Preston), Dawn Schram (Daniel) and Clint Banks (Amanda). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
