He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Morgan Skinner and Mabel Clarinda Peterson Skinner. He is survived by: his brother Charles; his wife Lorna; his siblings, Stephen (Marlene), Shauna Clark, Joel (Janell), David (Janis) and Dan (Laura); his sister-in-law Vicki; and his nieces and nephews, Suzanne Richardson (Matt), Elizabeth Davis (Liz), Jenifer Sandall (Rich), Diane Bate Stoker (Kevin), Barbara Bate Dillman, Janet Bate Merkley (Ken), Earnest III (Kelly), Ryan, Aaron (Mary), Jeff Bate and Robert Bate. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
