He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Mouritsen; his wife Carol Dean Bulkley Anderson; his mother Marie Merrill; and his siblings, Leona, Richard, LeRoi, Dorothy and Wanda.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy (Tony), Glenn Blake (Cindy), VickiAnn, Nathan Henry, Jr., Grace and Deanna; his stepchildren, Craig (Debbie), Kevin, Steven (Patricia), Julie (Fred) and Randy (Tamera); and his siblings, Donna, Willard, Kenneth and Colleen. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
