He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marvin McPhie and Audrey Lillian Carlson McPhie (Lil); his siblings, Donald Terrance, Pamela Darlene and Candace Lorraine; and his former wife JoAnn Hatt McPhie.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Dean (Desiree), Joseph (Norma) and Chris; his wife Dixie; his daughters, DeAnn Fairborn and Christina Pilkey (Larry); his brothers, Theodore Marvin McPhie (Ted) and John Richard McPhie (Dick); and also, Joseph Keith and Christina Michelle. He is also survived by 63 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
