She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Carter and Carol Carter. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Stefanie (Randy) and Camille (Sean); and her grandchildren, Tason (Allie), Tayosha (Billie), Traxten (Kesley) and Rayden.
She served in many church callings for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was an active member until she struggled with Alzheimer's. Pam gave service to all those around her which gave her so much joy.
