He is survived by: his wife Marsha Lund; his sisters, Julia Mueller (Juergen), Mary Forsberg Watson (Mark), Jayne Lowe and Laura Higgins (George); his children, Jeremey (Amy), Wendy Teullet (Marko) and Cory (Tina); and his grandchildren, Ashlee, Jayden, Gareth, Chloe and Kai.
