He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred T. Hills and Mary V. Overy; his wife Deborah Hills; his children, Richard Heath Hills (Sherelle) and Tangee Lynn Sloan; and his stepchildren, Amber Snarr (Chris), Steven Wells (Jessica), Alex Cobb and Jenny Butler (Gary). He was also cherished by his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
