He was predeceased by: his father Robert Fisher; his grandparents, Agnes Fisher and Robert Cyrus Fisher; his sister Christine Marie Fisher Stephenson; his grandparents, Christine Marie Eipp DePerna and Frank DePerna; his aunts, Betty Jane DePerna Fitzgeralds and Miriam Hughes; his nephew Christopher Tony Velasquez; his aunt Mary Alice DePerna; his brother John W. Fisher; his brother-in-law Tony Velasquez; his nephew Jonathan Taylor Dyke; and his mother Jeanette Rosann DePerna Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Fisher Jr., Crystal Fisher, Brittany Miller (Bryce) and Ashley Fisher; his grandchildren, Zachary Austin Everett, Nikolaus Samuel Fisher, Zayden Cyrus Fisher, Acacia Kaylee Fisher, Ashlee Kerr, Cal Kerr, Dustie Barnes, Melissa Jewel, Landry Bryce Miller, Corbin Keith Miller and Wyatt Max Miller; and his siblings, Mary Chavez (Adan), Loretta Velasquez (Tony), Deborah Morrow, William Fisher and Pamela Riddle.
