He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dale Jones and Geraldine Eva Evans. He is survived by: his wife Laura Baker of St George; his children, Kimberly Young (Drew) and Michael D. Jones (Mindy); his grandchildren, Sam, McKelle, Ben, Zoie Berezay, Drake, Tanner and Deacon Jones; and his daughter Laurie Jill Holt (Jason).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sun River Angel Arch LDS Chapel (1483 Angel Arch Drive, St. George, UT 84790).
