He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Putman and Lawrence Luce; his wife Patricia Marie Neilson Luce; his brother Arie Koolmees; his grandson Jeremie Higgins; and his great grandchild Harlee Netter.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Humann (Scott) of Florence, AZ, Brad Luce of Rancho Mirage, CA, Melanee Higgins of Beaver, UT and Stephanie (Roger); his siblings, Robert Luce (Carol) and Katherine Condon; and his siblings-in-law, Cara Koolmees, Jackie Baker (Darrell), Kathy Staheli (George), Don Christensen (Miriam), Steve Christensen (Bernice), Danny Pettey (Kathy), Bobby Pettey (CeeCee) and Fred Jr.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren.
