He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Kvatsak Sr. and Alice Joan Kvatsak; his former wife Phyllis Illi Kvatsak; his stepson Tony Brayton; and his grandson David Heisler.
He is survived by: his wife Genevieve M. Kvatsak; his children, Kenneth Kvatsak (Kristin) of Colorado and Kristine Iverson (Robert) of Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Deborah Heisler (Kenneth) and Scott Brayton (Kirsten); and his sisters, Beth Crites, Barbara Strohman, Mary Jones and Debbie Dowd.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Bob's memory to the Blue Butterfly House, a nonprofit co-founded by his step-daughter to support families in the middle of supervised visitation.
