She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Mica Jones and Clarissa May Hunt; her husband Joseph Eugene Blackburn; her granddaughter Rhiannon; and her siblings, Gloria and Blaine.
She is survived by: her children, Jeri (David), Teresa (Sam), Tracy (Scott) and Robert (Raya); and her brother Jerome. She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Serenity Funeral Home (1316 S 400 E, St. George, UT 84790). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Washington City Cemetery (300 Park View Dr, Washington, UT 84780).
