He was predeceased by: his father Dudley Rutherford; his stepmother Doris Rutherford; his mother Doris Brown; his stepfather Raymond Brown; his sister Teri-Lynn Rutherford; and his granddaughter Nicole Findley.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Kokal (Jackson); his granddaughter Cassie Mills; his siblings, Falls of Idaho, Justin Mills of Boise Idaho, Connor Lutterman (Nellie) of Aurora Colorado, Kyle Lutterman of Phoenix Arizona, Noah, Mia Rutherford of Meridian Idaho, Madison, Brenden Rutherford of Arvada Coloarado and Stanley Rutherford (Lynne); his siblings' children, Hannah Hagendoorn, Jacob Rutherford, Andi Wolf Jones and Julie Wolf Hammonds of Meridian Idaho; and his grandchildren, Francis Jackson (Delena) of Parker Colorado, Sara Miller (Kale), Jackson, Easton, Liam of Rockwell Texas, Janice Eurich (Wayne) of Milliken Colorado, Samuel Huddleston, Ellen, Owen of Parker Colorado, Forrest Huddleston (Mindy Riordan), Elizabeth of Colorado, Krysta, Kaleb, Kaydence, Tinsley, Richard Huddleston of Aurora Colorado, Susan Findley (Dale) of Parker Colorado, Amber Findley (Albert Gonzalez) of Port St, Pamela Smith (Jeffrey), Derek Carpenter of Centennial Colorado, Chasten Campanelli (Paul), Amrielle Rosnowski, James Campanelli of Longmont Colorado, Paulina Douglas (Christopher Blake), Sivar Cirivello and Clayton Douglas.
