He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Shurtliff and Helen Shurtliff; his close friend Sue Somers Shurtliff; his children, Neil, Tiffany, Leeann and Kyle; his pets, Ryker and Willow; his siblings, Nancy Winterton, Dixie Hamilton, Bryant Shurtliff, Virginia Starling, Margaret Shakespeare, Mary Jo Hafen and Ann Cox; his son-in-law PJ LaCorti; and his brother-in-law Dick Winterton.
