He is survived by: his wife Deanna Lee Howard Barker; his children, Peggy Rogers of South Jordan, Russell Barker (Kari) of Fruit Heights, Susan Barker of St. George, Julie Ann Johnson, Mark Barker (Laura) of St. George and Matthew Barker (Yvette) of St. George, Utah; and his siblings, Sherman (Nancy) of Pleasant View, Cherie Wayment of Rupert, Shanna Vaughn (Kim) of Hooper, Mary Ann Garner of Pleasant View and L. LaMonte Barker (Laura) of Harrisville, Utah. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; and 44 great grandchildren.
