Worthington; his children, Wes Worthington (Danielle), Monique Ray, Salt, Aj Manzanares, Jeffery Scott Worthington II (Hailey), Charlie Ray, Dina Carroll (Seth), Keith Worthington (Ariel), Denise DeMartinis, Ashley Bailey (Malcolm), Dailyn Ray and Jordan Ray; his father Daniel Worthington, Sr.; and his siblings, Shelli Craig, Teena Brown (Joel), Daniel Worthington (Malia), John Worthington (Liesa), Wendy Worthington, Fred and Derf (Amanda). He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
