He is survived by: his wife Mary Lydia Langford; his children, Melanie Burgess (Kason), Deborah Holt, Timothy Holt, Stephen Holt (Jamie), Gregory Holt (Lindsey), Monica Cafferty (Bryant), Brandon Holt, Andrea Schijf (Martin) and Natalie Murray (Samuel); and his sister Helen Drake (Douglas).
