He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Foy Berger; his parents, Benjamin Berger and Constance Berger; and his siblings, Elmer Berger (Nelda), Lewis Berger (Nancy) and Colleen Cushing (Jim).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Burns (Dave) of Erda and Melanie Jewkes (Kris) of St. George, Utah; his grandchildren, Cody Burns (Stephanie), Dallin Burns (Stacie), Morgan Woodhead (Mitch), Sara McPherson (TJ), Mallorie Jewkes, Kelsie Jewkes (Juan) and Jo Jewkes; and his sister Jane Brough (Gary). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Meeting House (1285 N Bluff St, St. George, UT 84770). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Tonaquint Cemetery (1777 S Dixie Dr, St. George, UT 84790).
But his contribution to the company went far beyond his job title.
