She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis Sherman III and Catherine Lindgren Sherman; her husband James Stienstra; and her stepson Timothy Fisher. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michael Foster (Shelbie) and Hallie Watkins (Peter); and her siblings, Wm Francis "Bud" Sherman IV and Priscilla Sherman Plorin.
