It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Concepcion in Saint George, Utah, who passed away on March 23, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martín Concepción and Luisa González; her husband Evelio Vidal; her siblings, Jesús Manuel Concepción and Lydia "Yiya" Teresa Concepción; and her daughter Yadira "Jady" Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Levy-Armand Vidal and Katty (José Cartagena); her daughter-in-law Amy Mills; her grandsons, Joseph Cartagena and Joshua Phillips; and her siblings, Ángel Luis Concepción, Amparo Recio and Gloria Concepción. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
