She is survived by: her son Rick of Seattle; her husband Mac Macdonald; her adoptive daughter Sarah Green (Jared); her sister Ursula Davies of Saint George; her sister-in-law Darlene Macdonald of Joliet; her cousins, Jodi Threatt (Demond) of Spencer, Dawn Ford of Indiana and Chad Glasscock of Indiana; and also, Anna, Jessica, Porter, David and Jared of Washington City.
