We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2021, at the age of 55, Troy Hall in Saint George, Utah, born in Enterprise, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Elton Wesley Hall; his daughter Keely; and his mother Virginia May Pate Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene (Frank Burgess), Jeanette Bracken, Johnny E. (Jennifer Cannon) and Letha David C. (Mike Jensen); and his stepdaughters, Tashia Thomas and Whittney Johnson.

“I was asked to be the Blazer B leader just two weeks before Troy was to turn 12 years old and would age out of the program. When the Primary counselor over the scouting programs came to see me and let me know about this new assignment she told me that there was a young man that would be aging out of the program in two weeks. There was NO way that he could possibly graduate from Primary. I was able to come up with a way for him to actually pass off everything without a problem. He was a friend”
