We are sad to announce that, on January 30, 2026, at the age of 79, William Thomas Kowalowski Jr. in Saint George, Utah, born in Malone, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kowalowski and Anna Kowalowski; and his siblings, Patricia Panor, Mary Ann Ewert and Joseph Kowalowski.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ann; his sister Helena Kowalowski-Blake; his son William (Billy); his daughter-in-law Christine; his grandchildren, Kenzie, Rylee, Randi and Maddi; his daughter Michelle Kowalowski; and his grandson Elijah (Vivian). He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
