He was predeceased by: his parents, LaFonzo Zollinger and Camille Zollinger; his brothers-in-law, Dean Jeffs and Roland Smith; and his stepson James Merlin Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Taylor Sullivan; his children, Thor Zollinger (Susan), Eric Zollinger (Shauna), John Zollinger (Mindy), Leslie Amsden (Keith), Jeffrey Zollinger (Eliza) and David Zollinger (Cristina); his siblings, Diane Smith, Darnell Jeffs, Richard Zollinger (Janice) and Blaine Zollinger (Chloe); and his daughter-in-law Pam Sullivan. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
