He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Marvin; his children, Titus Joseph Bills (April), Tucker N. Sterling Bills (Michele) and Rebecca Seleena Hastings (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Titus Joseph Bills Jr. (Ashlee), Tanner James Bills (Addie), Saebra Bills, Tucker Carson Bills, Cohen Thomas Bills, Paisley Tess Bills, Preslee Gray Bills, Jamison Kensei Bills, Vanessa Hunkler (Nathan), Danny Eklund (Maria), Renae Thacker, Grace Thacker, EllyAnn Thacker, Kyle Thacker, Matthew Lonnie Hastings, Brenden James Hastings, Ethan Andrew Hastings and William Douglas Hastings; and his siblings, Douglas Bills, Frank Bills, Lynn Bills (Karen), Wayne Bills (Carin), LouAnne Robertson (Floyd) and Beverly Goold (Terry).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Salem West Stake Center (697 S 300 W, Salem, UT 84653). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Payson City Cemetery (800 E 400 N, Payson, UT 84651).
