She was predeceased by: her father Robert Lovelis. She is survived by: her son Jay Stephan (Angie); her husband Victor J Lewis; her children, Melita Adair (Guy), Jayce Lewis (Tami), Lance Lewis (Julie), Jeremy Bown (Ashley), Katrina Lewis, Jenica Daniels (Trate), Serena Lewis and Ciera Stephan (Chase); her mother Nancy Lee Lovelis; and her sister Cyndi Hill.
