Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Salem Third Ward Chapel (695 S 300 W, Salem, UT 84653). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery (550 N 100 W, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062).
