He is survived by: his wife Susan Willoughby; and his children, Cory Willoughby (Melanie) of Vernal, UT, Terri Hays (Justin) of Riverton, WY, Jodie Mitchell (Mike) of Vernal, UT, Jackie Avis (Eric) of Casper, WY, Joey Cooper (Chris) of Albany, LA, Russell VanVleet of Lander, WY, Joanie Douglas (Tracy) of Laurens, SC and Tanya Oakes of Vernal, UT.. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren.
