It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry David Hanks (Salem, Utah), born in Payson, Utah, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Hanks and Zina Butler; his daughters, Margaret Ann, Tuesdee Lynn and Stephanie; and his sisters-in-law, Wendy and Rosemary.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hanks; his children, Karen Hanks (Christine), Shawn Hanks (Brooke), Shannon Hanks and Kristopher Hanks (Amanda); his grandchildren, Shane Kowal (Alden), Brittany Shaw (Ammon), Kaitlyn Baxley (Grace), Brandon Hanks, Tyler Hanks (Brooklyn), Zachary Hanks, Jamie Kowal and Jameson Hanks; his great grandchildren, Oliver Shaw and Lloyd Baxley; and his siblings, Val Hanks, Jim Hanks, Gaylen Llewelyn (Blake), Marianne Hanks, Kathy Gleed (Jeff), Joi Lynn Fenton (Don) and Ned Hanks (Olesya). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
