He is survived by: his children, Shari Thurlow (Darrell) of Salem, UT, Sandra Longenecker (Tom) of Salem, UT, Patricia Bradley (Paul) of Salem, UT, Jill Swenson (Lyle) of Salem, UT, Jeffrey Wallentine (Chari), Kris Money (Brent), Scott Wallentine (Karla), Steven Wallentine (Heather) and Jared Wallentine (Kimberly); his brothers, Robert, Reed and Eric; and his caregivers, Julia Safranova and Tritney Dansie. He is also survived by 45 grandchildren, 112 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Church Perpetual Education Fund would be appreciated.
