He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillo Leon and Violet Myrle Jensen Madsen; and his spouse Sheron Harward. He is survived by: his children, Marcia Bosshardt (Neal) of Redmond, Clair Madsen (Cindy) of Riverton, Diane Decker (Wayne) of Cedar City and Eugene Madsen (Michelle) of Ivins; and his brother Gail Madsen (Mary Ann) of Aurora. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren.
