She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence LaVern and Jeanie Johanna Kiesel Mickelson; her grandmother Carol; and her siblings, Don Mickelson, Ray Mickelson, Shirley Long and Robert Mickelson.
She is survived by: her husband Max Sorenson Jacobsen of Salina; her daughters, Jackie Burr (Craig) of Spanish Fork, Utah, Lori Carter of Orem, Utah and Teri Meredith (Richard) of Montgomery, Texas.; and her sister Joan Mickelson of Salina, Utah.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren.
