He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Rasmussen and Eunice Rasmussen; his parents-in-law, Deon Hansen (Kenneth Payne) and Sheila Payne; and his siblings-in-law, Jason Hansen and Natalie Hansen (Mitzie Rasmussen).
He is survived by: his wife Stacie A. Rasmussen; his children, Tanya Harward (Kolby), Bree Wilcox (Zach) and Katie Church (Kason); his siblings, Kirk Rasmussen (Larea), Kreig Rasmussen (Dixie) and Sheila Manwill (Troy); and his grandchildren, Kade Harward, Dallie Davis, Tryan Harward, Quinn Davis, Avery Church, MaKynlee Church, Ledge Davis, Brek Church, Scottlyn Church and Broox Wilcox. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
