She was predeceased by: her husband Loran Smith; her daughter Sharon Forshe; her parents, Jesse Haynes and Ethel Haynes; her siblings, Phares Haynes and Linda Winget; her grandson Lee Kuhn; and her great grandchild Carter Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, LuAnn Kuhn, Douglas Smith, Diane Ouderkirk (Bob), David Smith (Penny) and Charles Smith (Erma). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
