It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheradeen Peterson of Salina, Utah, who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Eden and Arthelle Blackburn; her husband Reed Peterson; her former husband Joe Bates; her daughter Tina Bates; her son-in-law Jared Harper; and her grandson Dillon Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Sammy Bates (Candy) of Aurora, Meriah Harper of Salina, Brickell Jensen (Robert) of Salina and Jeremy Peterson of Salina; and her siblings, Joe Eden (Vickie) of Kearns, Darla Carlson (Bill) of Kearns, Randy Eden (Shelly) of Lucerne, Janelle Kurshlin of Price and Vickie Bentons (John) of Erda. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
