She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude C. Ivy Sr. and Marine Elaine Smith Ivy; her son Eric; her husband Rick; her siblings, Claude Ivy Jr. and Diane Lesnick; her brother-in-law Craig Chartier; and her father-in-law John Wesley Cooper.
She is survived by : her children, Brian, Michelle of Salina, Alicia of Salina, Angela Cooper of Price, Rodger Brazell of Salina and Blu Beckstead of Salina; her siblings, Valieda Chartier of Salina, Ron (Pam Cooper), Gary (Bonnie Cooper) of Grand Junction, Colorado, Woody Cooper (Cindy) of Grand Junction, Colorado and Jim Forness of Spring Creek, Nevada.; and her mother-in-law Eilene Cooper of Spring Creek, Nevada. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
