He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dewey Stout and Marie Barbara Luker Stout. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Abigail, Heidi, Jennifer, Joseph, Riley, Elayna, Mytchell and Bryce; and his siblings, Richard, Roger, Clifton, Marlowe, Jeffery, Michele and Eugene.
