She is survived by: her parents, Robert "Richard" Self and Susan Elizabeth Lyles Self of Graham, NC.; her sons, Axl Rain Tolman and Cody Clair Tolman of Millcreek, UT; and her brother Robert "Robby" Richard Self II of Nokesville, VA.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Maple Canyon Ward (220 Woodland Hills Dr, Woodland Hills, UT 84653).
