She is survived by: her mother Connie Lee Johnson Yates; her grandchildren, Emma and Zack; and her siblings, Thomas (Cindy), Michael (Colette), Joyce (Mark), Shauna and Jeffrey (Grace). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106). A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the same location.
