He is survived by: his son Bobby; his grandchild Costco; his brother DeDe; his wife JoAnn Measom; his children, Rick Howe and Cindy Marlowe; and his brothers, Bill Howe, Russell Howe and Jerry Thomas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
