He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Pope and Doris Pope; his wife Marie Schultz; his sisters, Beverly McAffe and Joylin Maul; and his daughter-in-law Colleen Pope.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Pope, Steve Pope, Kathy Farmer (Joe) and Gary Pope; and his grandchildren, Shannon Hacker (Donny), Tara Livermore (Drew), Chad McCarter, Danielle Mecham and Nick Pope. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
