Brian James O'Keefe Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian James O'Keefe of Salt Lake City, Utah, born in New Prague, Minnesota, who passed away on February 23, 2026 at the age of 46. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brian James O'Keefe to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Kathy O'Keefe and Tim O'Keefe; his brother Brent O'Keefe (Brit); his nieces and nephews, Brayden and Bria; his brother Kelly O'Keefe (James); his pet Maggie; and his grandmother Donna O'Keefe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
