He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anne; and his children, Daniel (Nayomi Ingalls), David (Andrea Adams), Melissa (Paul Arbon), Emily (Gregory Randall) and Laura (Joseph E. Goodman III). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
