He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Cook and Amalia Cook; and his sisters, Allison and Melanie.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, at 7:30 PM, on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and at 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2795 Crestview Dr S, Salt Lake City, UT 84108). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery (2350 E 1300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84108).
