He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Johnson and Pearl Glissmeyer Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Johnson (Natalia), Rebecca Petterson (Mike), Robi Johnson and Lauren Johnson; his wife Nancy Andrews; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Zoe, Ethan, Sophia, Izzy and Toby.
