He is survived by: his sisters, Paula Picard and Diane Ellis; his former wife Virginia Picard (Ginny); his children, Marion (Dean Smith), Jacqueline (David Dunham), Dane (Annie Buckley) and Bennet; his grandchildren, Katie, Bailey, Lindsey and Geoffrey; Kay Picard.
