He was predeceased by: his parents, Ona L. Leavitt and Ruthann Johns Leavitt; and his sister-in-law Sandra. He is survived by: his siblings, Becky (Tom), Jeff (late Sandra) and John (Tracy); and his siblings' children, Bryce Leavitt, Curtis Leavitt, Max Leavitt, Eli Leavitt, Zoey Leavitt and Riley Leavitt.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
